Management Team

Executive Director/Founder: Mark Thornton

former interim Chief Operating Officer for JPMorgan Private Bank in London, with 16 years of investment banking experience. Mark was VP at JPMorgan Investment Management in London and head of New Product, New Markets and New Instruments where is was the final sign of in Europe. Mark helped launch the first hedge fund of funds product. 6 years of market risk management at Daiwa Securities. 5 years of credit analysis on derivative products for Sumitomo Bank Capital markets. He is a guest lecturer at Wharton Business School for the Leadership Development Program. Mark has been on the Independent Director on the Board of Directors of a publicly traded company in the US, serving on the Audit Committee, Chair of the Risk Committee and Compensation Committee. He is a published author on meditation practice for business people.

Chief Operating Officer: Peter D. Litvin

former Chief Financial Officer for Citibank Alternative Investment team in US, with 20 years of experience managing the financial, risk and operational infrastructure of global alternative asset managers. Peter is a global consultant on corporate governance and works closely with leading global regulators. His product knowledge is extensive and covers the whole alternative investment spectrum.
